GroceryPulse reads the same 50 everyday items each week from the websites of selected chain stores in 16 Canadian cities. The stores listed for a city are the ones we track, not every store near you. Prices are advertised online prices on the date shown; shelf prices can differ. Chains whose websites price by the visitor’s location, and chains whose prices go through a separate approval step, are left out of this check and named under each city.
